Do you want to build your photography skills and develop your photographic eye? During this camp you will keep your camera with you and document all that you see. We will explore Iowa City’s downtown and also take some field trips during camp. So make sure you bring your walking shoes! We’ll share our photographs, give each other constructive feedback, and develop our skills and techniques. By the end of this course, you’ll be a more confident photographer and a closer observer of your surroundings. We’ll take photos on location at a local farmer’s market and county fair.

For this workshop you will use a DSLR camera. That’s a digital camera with adjustable shutter speed and aperture. We will provide cameras for students to use.
